How is the beef packaged?
All of our beef is hand-cut and hand-packaged. Since our packaging is handmade, you may notice some slight differences.

The cuts of meat are vacuum-sealed into individual portions or meal-sized servings. Each steak and each pound of ground beef is individually packaged.

Does the beef contain any other ingredients?
No. Our beef is just beef, unless you purchase our handmade products like jerky or sausages. In those cases, the product descriptions include a full and transparent list of ingredients. As a family with multiple food allergies, we take your right to know exactly what’s in our beef very seriously.

Is your beef inspected?
A full-time inspector from the EU Ministry of Agriculture oversees our entire beef processing process. Unlike large factories, where inspectors may have to check many fast-moving pieces of meat on a production line every hour, in our small family-run facility, the inspector has plenty of time to check every piece of meat and oversee each stage of cutting and packaging.

Are the cattle treated humanely?
This is crucial to us. Ethically, we are obligated to care for and manage our animals to the highest standards. We raise these animals throughout their lives and firmly believe that when they are slaughtered, they are not subjected to stress or pain. They are handled calmly and processed immediately.

Does freezing the beef affect its quality?
That’s not how we do things. If frozen too slowly, it can affect the flavor. We have developed a quick-freezing method to preserve the meat’s quality. We believe freezing beef is the safest, freshest, and best way to deliver our products to you.
